At EarthRoamer, exploration and innovation go hand in hand. As the world’s premier manufacturer of luxury, off-road, off-grid expedition vehicles, the company is dedicated to building vehicles that give customers the freedom to travel farther - across extreme climates and challenging terrain - without sacrificing comfort, capability, or confidence.

As EarthRoamer continued to grow, the company recognized an opportunity to bring production of its fiberglass camper shells in-house while transitioning from traditional hand lay-up to vacuum infusion with carbon fiber. The goal was clear: improve part quality, reduce vehicle weight, and build the manufacturing capabilities needed to support the company’s continued growth.

Making that shift required more than new materials and processes. EarthRoamer turned to Composites One for materials, process expertise, hands-on training, and technical support. Together, the teams developed the composite manufacturing capabilities needed to scale production - helping EarthRoamer grow from approximately 15–18 camper shells per year to more than 40 annually, with plans to reach 60–80 in the years ahead.
