All new Team Members attend C1 Foundations, an extensive in‐person orientation at our Corporate Headquarters in Schaumburg, Illinois. Participating in this comprehensive multi‐day
program ensures every new Team Member quickly feels connected, informed, and ready to contribute to their new role from day one.
All locations host Team Meetings to align with company objectives and stay updated on important business developments. Members of our Leadership Team attend these meetings to
answer questions, encouraging meaningful conversations and promoting our culture of openness and collaboration. We are One Team, with One Goal!
Our Team meets regularly to review safety protocols, underscoring our dedication to ensuring everyone returns home safely to their families each day. Intentional meetings focused on safety keep our Team Members well‐informed, thoroughly trained, and fully equipped to maintain the highest safety standards.

- We offer the advantage of consistent, predictable workweeks for all Team Members. For example, we work hard to create consistent routes for our Drivers, minimizing schedule disruptions. While the vast majority of routes do not require overnight stays, a few routes may necessitate them for long‐distance deliveries.
