CIPP – Cured In Place Piping

One of the largest consumer of resin and composite materials in the US is the CIPP Industry. If you are not familiar with Cure In Place Pipe, then it is time to get acquainted.

Essentially, if a city has leaky corroded falling apart sewer and storm drains (which is pretty much every city), then there are two options. Shut down the street, dig up the pipes, and replace with new ones. Or, do a CIPP process and re-coat and reinforce the inside of the pipes, without digging.
